Southern Pulled Pork Sliders

I hope we never move away from the south!

There's nothing like southern cooking & southern hospitality-

I REALLY mean that!!

I'm thankful & blessed to be living in and raising a family in the south.

Break out your slow-cooker ladies! These sliders are a cinch!

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 4 hours (high) or 7 to 8 hours (low) Makes: 8 servings

2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

31/2 lb. Pork Shoulder Roast

Garlic Salt

Salt free Lemon Pepper seasoning

1 bottle Chili Sauce (12oz.)

3 packets sloppy joe mix

1/2 cup reduced sodium beef broth

Pepperidge Farms Slider buns-oh ya, they make slider buns now!

*In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Season pork roast with garlic salt and lemon-pepper seasoning. Cook pork in hot oil over medium-high heat until brown on all sides. Place in a 4-5 quart slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine chili sauce, sloppy joe mix, and broth. Pour over roast. Cover and cook to designated time above. To serve, shred pork and place on slider buns.

Compliments of Sandra Lee!
